Acceptable Data Policy

By uploading data, you confirm on behalf of your organisation that:

1. You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to the data you upload.
2. You will not upload personal data unless expressly permitted under your agreement with YouGov and in compliance with applicable data protection law.
3. You will not upload or generate data or content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, exploitative, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise prohibited under your agreement with YouGov. This includes content that:
   • promotes hate, harassment, or violence;
   • depicts or encourages self-harm;
   • is sexually explicit (other than for legitimate education or wellness purposes);
   • attempts to influence political processes or provide medical diagnosis/recommendations;
   • is spam, deceptive, or intended to defraud; or
   • contains malware or other harmful code.
4. You acknowledge that outputs generated by AI Technologies are intended for research and insight purposes only and must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (e.g. employment, credit, or insurance).
