      Survey Terms and Conditions

    1. This survey promotion offers the chance to go into a draw to win a choice of one of two (2) prizes, with the opportunity for two draw winners to select their choice of either one (1) $750 Visa Prezzy gift card or one (1) Apple iPhone SE mobile. The prize draw is open to eligible respondents (see 3 + 4 below) who complete the survey, provide the requested contact details and respond in a timely fashion when contacted after the relevant draw. The survey is hosted by Diversity Works New Zealand in partnership with The Thinking Studio Ltd (trading as Yabble) - a Research Association New Zealand Member.  
    2. Entry into the draw will be via completion of the online survey form and provision of the requested contact details.

    3. As the survey is about the construction sector only those who work, have worked or intend to work in the sector whether in specialist trades, contracting, professional services and public sector procurement should complete the survey and enter the draw. Diversity Works New Zealand reserve the right to disqualify entrants who do not work, have not worked, or do not intend to work in the specialist trades, contracting, professional services and public sector procurement of the construction sector.

    4. Employees, management, board members of Diversity Works New Zealand, The Construction Sector Accord, MBIE, suppliers and advisors to the Construction Accord Roadmap project are not eligible to enter the draw.
    5. Diversity Works New Zealand reserve the right at its selection to disqualify any individual from the draw when they make multiple entries using the same or different contact details.
    6. Diversity Works New Zealand also reserves the right at its selection to conduct a redraw of all or part of the prize pool when two or more prizes are won by individuals from the same organisation or family.
    7. Two (2) separate winners nationwide will be selected by a random draw on the 27th September 2021. Winners will be contacted via email or phone by Friday the 15th of October 2021. Each winner must claim their prize and (if applicable) provide their delivery details within two weeks of notification by Diversity Works New Zealand. If a winner does not respond within this period, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and another winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries received. The prize includes delivery to any residential address within New Zealand. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.
    8. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions.
    9. An entrant’s contact details (postal address and email address) will only be asked for and used for the purpose of delivering the prize to them if they are a winner.
    10. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspects of the draw (including eligibility) the decision of Diversity Works New Zealand will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by Diversity Works New Zealand will be entered into.
    11. This survey is open to New Zealand residents only.
    12. No Diversity Works New Zealand employee nor any other person or party associated with this survey and prize draw shall be liable for any errors relating (but not limited to) computer errors, telecommunications issues etc., any loss or damage whatsoever incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and including loss caused by negligence) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this draw or the use of any prize offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    13. Each survey entrant that provides their contact details after completion of the survey shall be deemed by that action to have consented to the use of their information for the purposes of the prize draws. All personal information is collected for that purpose and will be dealt with in accordance with all relevant privacy laws.
    14. Diversity Works New Zealand reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw any part of this offer at any time for any reason.
