Terms and conditions

  1. Completion of the survey constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Promoter

  1. This survey is hosted by Foodstuffs North Island (Promoter) in partnership with The Thinking Studio/Yabble (RANZ Member)

Participating Stores

  1. The survey has been sent to selected Gilmours customers who purchase from Gilmours Online and Gilmours Cash ‘n Carry stores North Island of New Zealand (Participating Stores).

Prize

 

  1. There is one prize (in total) of either a $750 Gilmours account credit or a $750 Prezzy card to be won. The total prize pool is valued at $750.

Promotion Period and how to enter

  1. The “entry period” commences Tuesday 9 July 2025 and closes 11:59 pm Friday 25th of July 2025. We reserve the right to extend the entry period if needed. This will not affect the eligibility of any respondent who has entered before or after the entry date is extended. (Promotion Period). 

Method of Entry

  1. Entry into the competition will be via completion of the online survey form.

How winners are selected

  1. The one winner nationwide will be selected by random draw after the 3rd August from all entries.
  2. The winners will be contacted by 1st September 2025 and the account credit or gift card will be provided to the winners within 28 days of the prize being drawn. 
  3. The entrant’s contact details (postal address and email address) will only be used for the purpose of this promotion for notifying them if they are a winner and for no other purpose.

Prize conditions

  1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this prize draw at any time.

Exclusion of liability

  1. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and Participating Stores, their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the Prize.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

Disputes

  1. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the Promoter will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoter will be entered into.

 

 

Privacy and Contact

  1. All entry details will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and these terms and conditions. Under the Privacy Act 1993, you have the right to access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter in relation to this prize draw.
