Survey Terms & Conditions

1. All entrants go into a draw for one of five $100 Mitre 10 Gift Cards (‘Prize’). The prize to be won is for anyone who completes the survey hosted by Mitre 10 in conjunction with Mitre 10’s research partner Yabble.

2. Entry into the competition will be via completion of the online survey form. A maximum of one (1) entry per person is allowed. Entries close at 11.59pm Friday 16^th of December 2022.

3. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of the Promoter, and are not a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such said employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.

4. One (1) winner will be selected by random draw on Monday 19^th December 2022. The winner will be contacted via email. Mitre 10 will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner but if they are unable to be contacted within 5 days of the closing date, then Mitre 10 may determine another winner. Judge’s discretion applies.

5. Prize includes delivery to any residential address within New Zealand.   Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

6. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions.

7. Entrants’ person information will be collected to be only used for the purpose of this promotion and notifying them if they are a winner. 8. If entrants have ‘opted in’ to be contacted for future research opportunities, these details will only be used for Mitre 10 research purposes and entrants may be contacted directly by Mitre 10 or a nominated Third Party conducting research on behalf of Mitre 10. Yabble is an example of such a nominated Third Party.

9. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the Competition (including eligibility) the decision of Mitre 10 will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by Mitre 10 will be entered into.

10. Entrants consent to Mitre 10s’ use of Winner’s name and city for publicity and promotional purposes.

11. No Mitre 10 owner or any Mitre 10 employee nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any errors relating (but not limited to) computer errors, telecommunications issues etc., any loss or damage whatsoever incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and including loss caused by negligence) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or the use of any prize offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited as the promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without notification.
